SE POOLIES – South East Poolies
The South East Poolies were formed at a meeting in Milton Keynes on Saturday 8th August 2009.
Soon after that, it was registered with The Football Supporters Federation as the official supporters group of Hartlepool United in the South East.
The Association is a Supporters Group of supporters of Hartlepool United Football Club, who are now located in the South East of England.
The Supporters Group predominantly consists of natives, who were born in the town of Hartlepool, who left Hartlepool to seek better opportunites in the South East, such as better employment opportunities.
As a consequence of which, many supporters decided to cluster around the Medway Towns, which is home to Headquarters of the South East Poolies.
The supporters are now based around London and the surrounding Home Counties: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex and Wiltshire.
In 2019, the Supporters Association will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary.
